- Two active pilot builds — both SMB operations systems. One US fleet extension, one UAE operations app. I run a hard cap of two at a time; both seats are full.
- Shipping the next release of the fleet system — maintenance escalation flows and driver document expiry alerts.

- Revising the Pilot Build page copy on monolithia.global. Shorter, more specific, less noun soup.
- First-draft pilot one-pager PDF for the lead magnet form on this site.

Pilot capacity
Two builds in delivery. Waitlist is open for May kickoffs. If your problem is urgent, book the fit call anyway — we will talk about whether the shape fits, even if the next slot is a few weeks out.
Not doing
- Enterprise pitches. Compliance-heavy procurement is not what the pilot is built for.
- $500 Upwork-style quick builds. The guarantee does not work at that price.
- Retainers without a pilot first. The pilot is how I know what I am signing up for.
